Everything was perfect: cool rooms and quiet atmosphere. We enjoyed that it had favourable location close to everything. Also, it was close to grocery store, the historic center, and Mazatlan.

We felt comfortable here with the cozy rooms and the provided amenities such as a refrigerator, toaster, and kitchenware. The private terrace was a nice bonus for some quiet relaxation.

The apartment was just right; the size, the AC, the bathroom, mini kitchen, terrace, and small pool made my time there very comfortable. I was very satisfied. the location was good, as I could walk to the beach, market or grocery store, or get a ride. I felt very safe. Overall it was a great find!

The bed, pillows, and linens were extremely uncomfortable. the kitchenware was old and incomplete.

We had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located suite in the heart of the city. The newly renovated apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and modern plumbing. The highlight was the terrace, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The cleaning person was very helpful, and we felt safe throughout our stay. staying at Aguacate Suites was a great find for us.

I stayed at Aguacate Suites for a few days and it was wonderful. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to everything. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The daily messages from the cleaner asking if I needed anything were a nice touch. It was nice and quiet at night, except for some noise around the pool area, but it wasn't a big problem.
